My Paintings and traditional works - part I

This is strange, I completely forgot that my diary is named FrandalìART.

I've been absorbed by my latest job as game designer and it is as if I had disowned my previous life... I "was" a painter, as if you can stop to be something you have under the skin: I am still a painter, I shall be it once again if, or when, inspiration will take me, and when I'll take the time it deserves. For now I'd like to share with you some of my, very old, traditional works: oil on juta canvas, watercolours, pencils.

It rains and I'm without inspiration and any desire to work... To amuse myself, sometimes I draw nonsensical posters like this one... have mercy lol!

My first Concept art for Rolling Legend... one year ago!

These are my first attempt of backgrounds, for the first game world.
Because of the game mechanics (and various choices), in order to maintain high the game performance, I had to find a compromise between functionality and aesthetics, penalizing the depth exalting a cartoon and comic style, so a bit more flat. I became a juggler with the color contrasts :D

Ladies and Gentlemen, this month we'd like to talk about Fart, the friend of Johnny who most of all loves to "travel"!
He is a quiet guy, the guy with the classical motto: "don't worry, be happy!".
He loves Mexican food, especially: beans! A thing that sometimes causes embarassing and funny anecdotes of which we can't speak about, for now...
The last time he has been up on a ship during the Holidays with his friends, he went on to roll with the boat for days, without being able to stop himself... The poor one has been sick because of all this Rolling! In the end, Johnny said to him: "What are you complaining about? Are you or are you not a marble? Then Roll!..."

Working on the next world!

Finally I managed to finish the graphics of the 4th world, now it's time to start the one which will be the funniest to draw, I think! So let's begin with a preview ^_^

Need for feedBack!

Hi everyone!I need some feedbacks, by the "real people" about the graphics. All my friends and collaborators love me (because of my charming and funny way of being, not to mention my incredible artistic skills, of course! u_u ), so all the things I'm doing for Rolling Legend are wonderful, spectacular, the best!What I really need is raw judgement! So, what do you think about it, so far?

This has been the first draft of Rolling Legend's main poster! It's been a year by now...O_o Feeling old!

The pre-final layout of the main menù with the "sort-of-cinema-camera" buttons... Someone told me that the buttons are confusing and they not resemble cinema cameras... what do you think?
